On the one hand, we have seen some uncertainty in the market, with investors hedging their bets, while on the other hand, we have seen bold moves in the market, with sellers indicating a need to become more liquid and buyers jumping at the opportunity to acquire excellent investment properties, which many obtained at good value over the last few weeks.

He sold a Langebaan development site close to the ocean, for R747 150, a three-bedroom Sunningdale home for R 1 613 875 as well as a spectacular Baronetcy Estate home in Plattekloof for R 9 789 000.
Some of our other sales include a Sea Point development site with leisure tourism potential, for R6 500 000 and a magnificent Constantia property, for the discerning investor, that sold for an impressive R 37 437 500. Furthermore, a cosy 2-bedroom home in Harfield Village Claremont went for R1 839 745 while a development site with commercial zoning in Delft, sold for R1 226 500.
